| Tom has been developing and investing in small companies and start-ups since 1992. He currently serves as President Easton Investment Company and is on the board of several other companies. Tom is active with the Technology Capital Network and the MIT Enterprise Forum. He is a veteran of the US Navy and a graduate of Harvard College. |

| Paul is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and developed companies in the network communications industry, including Voicetek Corp., Aurora Systems and NexCen Technologies. He has over 30 years of experience working with major network communications service providers, telephone and computer equipment manufacturers, and with Fortune 100 companies to help deliver and improve products, services and operational performances of their businesses. |

| Jim is the co-founder of MapleWorks. He is an entrepreneur with several high-tech start-ups to his credit, including PIKA Technologies which he co-founded in 1987. During his more than 25 year career in the computer telephony and network communications industries he has introduced groundbreaking products in CTI and voice processing. He holds 6 patents related to PBX and telephone set electronics. Jim graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering. |

| Josef Zankowicz has over 20 years experience in business and communications consulting with Apple, DuPont, Symantec, ATI and numerous high-tech start-ups. He is currently a consultant to XDL Capital, an early stage technology investor. During his career he established Route1, an innovator in secure remote access solutions and media software developer MGI Software. |

| Jack Blaeser is President and CEO of Concord Communications. His career spans a number of senior financial management, sales, and marketing positions with various technology-oriented companies. Prior to joining Concord in April 1995, Jack was a managing general partner at EG&G Venture Management, a $47.5 million venture capital fund focusing on emerging, high technology companies. Jack began his career in 1964 with General Electric Company where he held various marketing and sales roles. Jack holds a BSEE from Northwestern University. |

| Peter Karneef is one of the co-founders of MapleWorks. He is an industry pioneer in the computer software and computer telephony industries. In 1982, Peter formed Kanatek Technologies, which continues to operate profitably to this day as a value systems integrator and storage solutions provider to Fortune 100 companies. As a co-founder of PIKA Technologies, Peter has provided the business and financial guidance to help ensure continued profitability. Peter was named to the 2003 National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. The National Register recognizes individuals for their personal achievements. |

| Jack Stewart is a founding partner and Managing Director of Venture Capital Fund of New England (VCFNE) IV. His involvement with New England capital spans more than 25 years and includes his more than 19 years as a partner of Corning Venture Management and his years at Kestrel Venture Management which he founded in 1995. Jack has had an active and successful career as a turn-around specialist with several New England-based industrial companies. He serves as a member of the board of three VCFNE companies: Members Connect, Inc., Nutfield Technology, Inc., and Texterity, Inc. In addition to his fulltime capacity with VCFNE IV, he currently sits on 17 other private company boards, and is also an active advisor to three venture capital groups in the Boston area. He serves as a treasurer of Thompson Island Outward Bound, also in Boston. Jack holds a BS degree from Yale and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

During her 15 year career she has held senior management roles in sales and marketing for Aurora Systems, a leading developer of off-the-shelf computer telephony integration (CTI) enablers, and NexCen Technologies, a high-tech company focused on providing electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) solutions to the network communications market. Sandra is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (BA Accounting) and Bentley College (MBA). |

| Robert Wadsworth has been Managing Director of HarbourVest Partners LLC since 1986. He specialized in the areas of operations, strategy, and manufacturing productivity for Booz, Allen and Hamilton prior to joining HarbourVest. Robert is currently a director with several public companies including Concord Communications, Inc., ePresence, Network Engines, Inc., Trintech Group PLC, and Switchboard, Inc. He is also a director with several U.S. and international private companies. Robert received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in systems engineering and computer science from the University of Virginia and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. |

| William Wilcoxson is a General Partner with Axiom Venture Partners. During his more than 13 years of venture capital and private equity investment he has been a General Partner of Claflin Capital Management in Boston, specializing in early-stage information technology companies, as well as an early member of Internet Capital Group’s investment team. William began his venture capital career with Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation. He graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University in 1985 and received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 1993. |
