Brenda Pastorek, Chief Operating Officer

Brenda Pastorek, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for guiding the company’s continued financial and operational growth. Prior to her appointment as COO, Brenda held the position of Vice President of Finance, successfully demonstrating leadership and visionary capabilities. |

| Brenda has more than 25 years of financial and operational experience spanning the sectors of primary industry, commerce, professional services and financial software consulting. Along with her background in internal audit, she has an entrepreneurial spirit and experience working with start-up companies. Brenda studied at University of Toronto and received her Certified General Accountant designation in 1987. |

Paul is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and developed companies in the network communications industry, including Voicetek Corp., Aurora Systems and NexCen Technologies. |

| Paul holds over 30 years of experience working with major network communications service providers, telephone and computer equipment manufacturers, and with Fortune 100 companies to help deliver and improve products, services and operational performances of their businesses. He has served in key executive positions at Motorola and Fairchild/Schlumberger. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Network Communications Council (MNCC), and is active in the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum, Inc. |

| Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He holds several patents in the fields of computer telephony integration. |

Yi Liang, Vice President Technology

Yi has more than 15 years experience in software design and implementation. His many areas of expertise include network management, wireless networking, database applications and Web-based applications. |

| He has led teams working on network performance management, wireless security and management components in layer 2 and layer 3 switches. Yi has worked for Siemens, Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Milkyway Networks and Fulcrum Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fudan University, China and a Masters of Science in System Science from University of Ottawa, Canada. |

Richard has more than 25 years of network communications expertise with software and systems development experience in real time systems, embedded systems and embedded software development. |

| By managing complete end-to-end product development, including systems architecture, software development and monitored performance and reliability, Richard has earned an extensive technical management background. He gained his industry experience in leadership roles with Mitel Networks, Flick Software and Nortel Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Carleton University, Canada. |

| Peter has worked on projects at all levels of the software stack from Linux boot loaders, embedded systems, Layer 2/3 protocols, mobile devices to large scale enterprise Java server side systems. Prior to MapleWorks, he gained experience at SION International, Metera Networks, Nortel Networks, and Carleton University. Peter holds a Masters of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems Engineering. Both degrees are from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. |

Gordon Song, Senior Software Development Manager

| A seasoned software development manager, Gordon holds more than 20 years of extensive software design experience in real-time embedded systems and object-oriented applications. To MapleWorks’ customers, Gordon brings a strong computer science and engineering background, effective communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Prior to joining MapleWorks, Gordon was a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead at Turin Networks, Inc., in California. Gordon has held senior positions with STMicroelectronics, Network Equipment Technologies Inc. and Nortel. Not only does Gordon have experience managing technical teams, he has industry experience researching and developing market analyses and competitive analyses, and is an experienced presenter. Gordon holds a Master of Computer Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Nanjing University of China. |

Stefan Mihai, Senior Software Development Manager

| Stefan Mihai is Senior Software Development Manager at MapleWorks Technologies where he is managing projects and leading software development teams – located in Gatineau and Montreal – working on networking management systems and social media. Stefan is also responsible for managing MapleWorks Montreal office.
Stefan has more than twenty-five years of international experience in software engineering and product development, ranging from telecommunications, voice compression algorithms, telephony, internet, wireless, to billing and mediation, value-added services, and enterprise applications. Much of Stefan’s work in the last twelve years has been with companies building software teams and implementing product development processes.
Prior to joining MapleWorks he was Research and Development Director at Interfacing Technologies where he oversaw software development, QA, IT, deployment, and customer support teams. |
