Our clients are companies that develop cutting edge data, video and telecommunications products for both the service provider and enterprise markets located in the United States. Our work involves developing a wide variety of products and platforms. MapleWorks is currently looking for several Software Designers with the following skills and experience in developing telecommunication applications.

Key skills

  • Strong Object-Oriented Design and programming skills.
  • Strong C++ Programming capability
  • Experience developing applications in Linux or Unix
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Networking

Experience with one or more of the following is an asset:

  • VLAN, QoS, & SNMP Protocols
  • Telephony, in particular Call Processing
  • Development experience with embedded devices
  • Experience working directly with customers on product design, requirements analysis, and issue resolution
  • Hands on Embedded system, Linux Operating System
  • ATCA board experience

Education and experience

BSc or higher degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent and 2+ years experience in telecom or IT is preferred.
