- Develops a business plan for creating business with the Federal Government
- Develops personal sales/marketing plan including specific targets while keeping management informed of progress on a regular basis.
- Identifies and pursues prospective new clients
- Endeavors to maximize potential and build MapleWorks into a supplier with the federal government
- Identifies opportunities for Professional Services. Gathers as much information as possible and reviews details with MapleWorks team
- Prepares Prime Supplier bids and other related proposals in assigned accounts.
- Creates profiles of clients including overview, org chart, IT staffing plans, present suppliers, etc.
- Assists in the development of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) for established clients and prospective clients.
