Such a perfect metaphor. The snow comes in cycles as does the downturns. The key is to gather your nuts before the downturn in the cycle, and use the downturn to regenerate, re-instrument and be reborn for the next season of growth. You could do well giving management seminars. Yours is a company I'd love to work for!!!
