Required team skills

A variety of skills are required at various stages of each MapleWorks project. The skills are for various team members and not expected of each individual developer. We have ongoing requirements for intermediate and senior development resources, with deep experience and expertise in the network communications domain, throughout the duration of each project. Required team skills include:

• Advanced Protocols: SIP, Megaco, H.323 suite, Parlay, IMS, Video Streaming, Network Routing
• Security: Encryption, IPsec, Firewall, VPN, WEP, WPA/WPA2, Authentication, PKI
• Operating Systems: Linux/Unix, WinCE, VxWorks, Symbian, QNX, Microsoft Windows
• Development Tools: Microsoft, GNU, Eclipse, Configuration Management, Debuggers, Code Analysis, Lint
• Real Time Development
• Embedded Development
• Application Development, J2EE
• Knowledge of Operational Support Systems, SNMP, Billing Systems
• Digital Signal Processing
• Scripting: TCL/TK, Perl, PHP
• Modeling Tools: UML, Rational Rose, TogetherSoft
• Networking: Switching, Bridging, Routing, WiFi, ATM, Ethernet, Frame Relay
• Telephony Knowledge: CO, PBX, KTS, Handset
